Jurni is a medical coordination service. We help you choose a doctor and a hospital or clinic in Egypt and arrange your travel, stay and transfers. We do not provide treatment ourselves; licensed doctors, hospitals and clinics provide it and are responsible for your medical care.
2. Using the site
Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Do not use the site in an emergency; call your local emergency services.
3. Quote requests
After you send your request and reports, we send you one all-inclusive price within 24 hours. The quote is valid for 72 hours; after that, prices or dates may change. The price is based on the information you gave us. If the doctor finds after examining you that different treatment is needed, we tell you in writing before any extra cost.
4. Payment
Payment secures your booking with the doctor, hospital or clinic, hotel and flights. Available payment methods depend on your country. [Payment methods and currency]
5. Cancellations and refunds

6. Video consultations

8. Visa and travel
We issue an invitation letter and help with your application, but the decision to grant a visa belongs to the authorities. We are not responsible for visa refusals or airline delays, and we will help you rearrange if they happen.
9. Privacy

10. Limits of responsibility
Treatment outcomes are the responsibility of the treating doctor, hospital or clinic. We are responsible for the coordination and the services we arranged.
